Looking for reliable residential drain cleaning?

Lionel and Ovi came to install a new flange and set the toilet in one of my bathrooms last Wednesday. They gave me a card about the Google Review. Unfortunately, I don’t use Google or have a Gmail. I didn’t want their good work and friendly customer service to go unnoticed. The weather caused a change in scheduling and they were able to take care of my service earlier than scheduled. I was very grateful for that. They came, they saw and they repaired very quickly but not hastily leaving issues behind.  I dare say the bathroom was cleaner when they finished. They were thorough, friendly and completely understood they were working in a girls only bathroom. Yes, they have great senses of humor, too. I have used Knee Deep Plumbing several times since my husband’s passing. He was one of those that could do everything home repair. The garage is full of all the necessary tools to get the job done. My skill level, not so much. I greatly appreciate your staff not trying to take advantage and “buffering the cost” higher because of my address or being a Mom unable to do the repair myself. I can’t tell you how many times I have dealt with both of those issues. Thank you for your time and let Lionel and Ovi know, I really appreciate the time they spent on the work they did for me.

Michael & Noah did a great job getting our shower up and running again. Also, Sue was very helpful and courteous on the phone setting up the appointment. I’ll definitely use them again when needed.
